This is the result of using Disk Druid to partition the disk, and its
the reason I constantly complain about this piece of software that
RedHat has impoesed on us.
Find a copy of fdisk (it doesnt appear to be in FC2, but its in previous
distributions), and it will do what you say, not what it wants.
As to whether its a problem I dont know, but you get what you want with fdisk.
