The title says most of it. When a new window is created in an application, say by double clicking a message in Evolution or center clicking a link in Mozilla, or however, it frequently opens at the bottom of the window stack, so that it's invisible till brought up to the sop of the stack. When this happens, the application's box in the taskbar changes from gray with black letters to blue with white letters. This seems to happen pretty randomly; sometimes windows are created at the top of the stack, sometimes at the bottom; though never in the middle. I like my new windows to be created at the top of the stack. Does anyone know what's going on? Or how to get windows to be created at the top of the stack?
