PPP pppoatm.so plugin

I need the pppoatm.so plugin for Fedora Core 2 to work with a BeWAN PCI modem.
It appears that this file does not come with Fedora's PPP package.

I was hoping some one could give me an easier solution then optaining a seperate
PPP package and compiling my self.

Does any one have some suggestions?
