If you use Fedora, you should expect to upgrade every year.  Fedora may
have some major changes between versions.  You will get the newest
software, but that might not be what you want for a server.

The RedHat Enterprise versions have a slower release schedule.  RedHat
says that it will support versions for 5 years after the release, so you
will have to upgrade less often.  This is usually a good thing for
critical servers.
