I'm in the process of building a new kernel without the dreaded 4K stacks so I can use my nVidia hardware. Is there a means of build an smp rpm in this manner? When I do a "make rpm" after editing the .config file, it insists on overwriting .config with the generic single-processor .config file. What's the work-around?
