Core 2: rndc communication failure l27.0.0.1:953

rndc couldn't talk to named....

Caused by the fact that the -t option is specified by default in /etc/sysconfig/named (which is passed to the named daemon on the commandline to chroot named to another directory).

After removing that line from that file rndc was able to build the socket succesfully on l27.0.0.1:953.

However why can't i use the -t option succesfully? Because out of security we actually should. Is this a bug?
