-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 When I used lilo to boot with this in the lilo.conf file: other=/dev/hda1 label="theWin98se" table=/dev/hda other=/dev/hdc1 label="DrDos" table=/dev/hdc map-drive=0x80 to=0x81 map-drive=0x81 to=0x80 Both Win98 & DrDos were fully bootable... But when I tried to use grub to boot with this in the grub.conf: title theWin98se rootnoverify (hd0,0) chainloader +1 title DrDos rootnoverify (hd1,0) map (hd0) (hd1) map (hd1) (hd0) chainloader +1 Windows boots. DrDos doesn't quite make it. It gets as far as putting the starting dos message on the screen. And then just hangs there. What am I missing here? I'd hate to go back to lilo for the sake of DrDos When it's working for all 4 of my linux and windows too. But I'm stubborn, I don't often use the dos anymore, But I insist on having the option at boot time. Would someone be so kind as to tell me what the problem could be. - -- | ~^~ ~^~ | <?> <?> Joe (theWordy) Philbrook | ^ J(tWdy)P | \___/ <<jtwdyp@xxxxxxxx>> -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFAsQUDRZ/61mwhY94RAh3CAKCasLpJkFlH7cpS5B2jEweUL+6v9ACgocDV JRCdf3UlvzmK2ODQ1H8Z5Uc= =N0sc -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
