lspci -> amd 79c970 PCnet32 Lance cat /etc/modules.cong -> PCnet32
ethtool etho -> lots of stuff but the ones that did not look correct are link detected : No Port mii
mii-tool -> falied
what happens if you disable kudzu while booting ?
# chkconfig kudzu --list # chkconfig kudzu off # reboot
