Just as a data point-- I have an IOGEAR GCS62 MiniView (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00006IRR8) switching between my two fedora boxes (one FC1, one FC2T3) and it works like a charm with my intellimouse explorer. No ghosting at 1400x1050, mouse works great, and a nice compact design. I'm very happy with it.
