I find the most painfull thing to get done is creating audio cd's from MP3's.
Right now, I use the wav output plugin in xmms, then burn the wav's to cd using cdrecord.
k3b can be built with mp3 support - k3b and k3b-mp3 rpms are available from fedora.us / rpm.livna.org.
