I've had downloaded the RH9 SRC RPM and rebuilded it on FC1.

Download gtkmm-1.2.10-fr3.src.rpm from
http://shrike.freshrpms.net/rpm.html?id=1321

# rpmbuild --rebuild gtkmm-1.2.10-fr3.src.rpm

After Rebuild you can install the RPM via rpm -ivh, then install
fwbuilder.
