The "kernel-<version>.src.rpm" lists each and every patch that RH
applies to the pristine kernel sources.  Use the Source, Luke.

The fixes do get offered to Linus but he is under absolutely _no_
obligation to accept them.

Nor is there any guarantee of a schedule when a patch gets accepted.
