OK. Well, eth0 is up....

And passing traffic....



root@sbe-60 root]# mii-tool eth0
eth0: 10 Mbit, half duplex, no link



But mii-tool sees no link....

From earlier posts it was clear that ethtool also sees
no link.

Quite strange indeed.

Could I ask what ethernet hardware you're using?

Also, a couple of other threads on ethernet problems had
recommendations to change the functions that report the
link status. Have you done any of that to your
networking scripts?

I use SURECOM EP-320X-S 10/100M ethernet card.
No I don't run any scripts.....
