Ok, just an OEM mouse.

Well, just a plain mouse without side buttons.

it quickly using google. You should 'play around' with the settings
mentioned there. Check it out, one combination of the switches should
work. In addition please read http://www.xfree86.org/4.3.0/mouse.4.html
for specific documentation instructions.
