Yes, it is looking that way.

*nod* I've been running it all afternoon, and it seems to be behaving
itself on my dual p4 with ht whereas it previously
hung after 60 or so iterations.

For now I've just turned off the lowlat patch completely in CVS.
Its been a while since there's been a FC1 kernel update, so there's
quite a bit of stuff pending, so I'll try and get out an update
in the next week or so.
