FC 1.91 & NFS doesn't work

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi!

Either I'm missing something obvious, or my FC 1.91 NFS installation is
broken (I did an install everything on a new box):
I simply want to export /home/cdimg via NFS. Everything looks fine, but
when I try to mount it I end up with Permission denied.

I tried different /etc/exports options like root_squash, I disabled SELinux
(via selinux=0) and disabled iptables, but nothing did work.

[root@linsrv root]# mount linsrv:/home/cdimg /mnt/tst/
mount: linsrv:/home/cdimg failed, reason given by server: Permission denied

/etc/exports:
/home/cdimg *(rw,insecure,sync)

[root@linsrv root]# showmount -e
Export list for linsrv:
/home/cdimg *

[root@linsrv root]# rpcinfo -p
