Hi! Either I'm missing something obvious, or my FC 1.91 NFS installation is broken (I did an install everything on a new box): I simply want to export /home/cdimg via NFS. Everything looks fine, but when I try to mount it I end up with Permission denied. I tried different /etc/exports options like root_squash, I disabled SELinux (via selinux=0) and disabled iptables, but nothing did work. [root@linsrv root]# mount linsrv:/home/cdimg /mnt/tst/ mount: linsrv:/home/cdimg failed, reason given by server: Permission denied /etc/exports: /home/cdimg *(rw,insecure,sync) [root@linsrv root]# showmount -e Export list for linsrv: /home/cdimg * [root@linsrv root]# rpcinfo -p Program Vers Proto Port 100000 2 tcp 111 portmapper 100000 2 udp 111 portmapper 100011 1 udp 640 rquotad 100011 2 udp 640 rquotad 100011 1 tcp 659 rquotad 100011 2 tcp 659 rquotad 100003 2 udp 2049 nfs 100003 3 udp 2049 nfs 100003 4 udp 2049 nfs 100003 2 tcp 2049 nfs 100003 3 tcp 2049 nfs 100003 4 tcp 2049 nfs 100021 1 udp 32776 nlockmgr 100021 3 udp 32776 nlockmgr 100021 4 udp 32776 nlockmgr 100021 1 tcp 32800 nlockmgr 100021 3 tcp 32800 nlockmgr 100021 4 tcp 32800 nlockmgr 100005 1 udp 657 mountd 100005 1 tcp 672 mountd 100005 2 udp 657 mountd 100005 2 tcp 672 mountd 100005 3 udp 657 mountd 100005 3 tcp 672 mountd /var/log/messages: Apr 5 18:16:31 linsrv rpc.mountd: export request from 10.111.1.184 Apr 5 18:18:00 linsrv rpc.mountd: authenticated mount request from linsrv.wgkk.sozvers.at:805 for /home/cdimg (/home/cdimg) cu andreas
