No, as a user of FC2 test 2, I can assure you that disk one is messed up
and not bootable, at least for many if not most people. 
What seems to work for most people is booting with the first disk of
test 1 and when it gives you the choice to hit enter to upgrade or
install, swap the disk with test 2 disk 1 before hitting enter.
