Easy enough to find out using grep.

# grep static /etc/init.d/network

        # Add non interface-specific static-routes.
        if [ -f /etc/sysconfig/static-routes ]; then
           grep "^any" /etc/sysconfig/static-routes | while read ignore
args ; do
