Eh, try moving your mouse over the time applet and scroll the scroll buttun 
up.. and here we are.. Los Angeles.. scroll down, and you're back to your 
local time again. I guess your problem it's because you accidentally scrolled 
the mouse over the time applet. That's all.. no fuss about it.. no bug in the 
software.. Just as simple.. ;-)
