Silly programmer: kgdb is for kernels. (Sorry, KIX rabbit!) Try INSIGHT at http://sources.redhat.com/ for a version of GDB with a GUI builtin. It's done by the same GDB folks, so you can have as much confidence in INSIGHT as you do with GDB. Cheers.
