Add the lines:
5 1 * * * sa-learn --ham --mbox /var/spool/mail/<your username>
I wouldn't do this.
This tells SA that all the mail currently in your inbox is ham so any spam in your inbox will be learned as ham. Since you are running it at 1am there's a good chance there will be new spam in it which you haven't had a chance to remove.
