(sigh) Okay, I grabbed the SRPMS. Did the install. Unbzed them. Moved into digikam src folder and did a ./configure and it came up .. checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation! Okay, so I apt-get install qt-devel Same error. So I put the CDs in and install ALL the kde and kde-devel files in (just in case). Try again, and same error. (groan) What am I missing ... .mwl
