Sorry man it was me and I did change the settings in grip the speed
increased from 0.5x to 0.8x I have a 56x cdrom I want it to rip at 56x.
My windows PC does so it is possible. My cd in brand new has no
scratches as a matter of fact I have tested it on my windows box and a
collegues Debian box and it rips and encode in under 10 mins on both
systems. Just not on my redhat/fedora based systems of which I have 3.
