I have big stablility problem with both the default and upgraded FC-1 2.4.22-1.2174.ntplsmp smp kernels on my HP workstation xw4100. At this time all runs stable without any problems. I've tried things with Debian, but for me i can save time with "Red Hat - like" Installations.
