My suggestion is a Fedora WWW site that is outside the US as a single point of reference for all these different applications and codecs. Even if provides decent links to the various sites around the world would be better than what many new users have to go through to find that codec for MP3's or play DVD's.
Someone that comes from Windows with all their nicely included tools can get quite frustrated with searching for that necessary plugin for their computer to play DVD's.
A site name suggestion of something like "fedora for the home." They could even mirror the necessary applications or provide an ISO image for installation.
It is frustrating when you go to install a package and there is a dependency problem and yum cannot find the correct package or you don't have the signature for the site.
