Should the domains have a separate username space? Which is, user
"foo@domain1" will be delivered in a different place than "foo@domain2"?
It this is not a requirement (unique logins for all domains), it's
preety easy, just take a look at /etc/postfix/maincf, at line beginning
with "mydestination".

To use unique logins, you can create normal users with domain being part
of the name, like
domain1-foo domain2-foo
and just aliasing them in /etc/postfix/aliases file.

This would complicate things for login, though.

For mysql, I don't know. Never used it with email.
