Hi.

After you configure iptables, type:

iptables-save > file-iptables

this saved iptables rules in file-iptables and saved your current
configuration.

Then, if your reboot the pc, iptables charged in automatic mode the
config file. 

I've recommended write one script with rules for iptables, and edit
this  before changed iptables rules in command line.
