Comment the source entries to the Redhat.com server with a leading #.

Multiple sources work in general, but I suspect you should give them
separate names to avoid them interfering with one another. The error you
got implies that the header wasn't on the site (probably
www.mirror.ac.uk) that up2date tried to get it from, and you got a 404
page instead.
