I'm trying to get my FireWire CD-RW to work, and I'm not having too much luck. A call to "dmesg" reports: ohci1394_0: OHCI-1394 1.0 (PCI): IRQ=[3] MMIO=[fc9ff800-fc9fffff] Max Packet=[2048] ieee1394: Host added: ID:BUS[0-00:1023] GUID[00c0a80402001413] ieee1394: Node added: ID:BUS[0-01:1023] GUID[0001f30240001de5] ieee1394: The root node is not cycle master capable; selecting a new root node and resetting... Cannot open '/dev/pg*'. Cannot open SCSI driver. cdrecord: For possible targets try 'cdrecord -scanbus'. Make sure you are root. cdrecord: For possible transport specifiers try 'cdrecord dev=help'. Anyone have any idea how to make this work? Thanks. -- Adam Voigt adam@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
