Its not FC2... its an FC2 TEST RELEASE.
Let's talk for a second about what the point of a test release is.
Simply stated the point of the test release is to 
*find bugs
*report problems via bugzilla
*wait for developers to fix reported problems and produce updates
*install updates
*find bugs
*report problems
*install updates that hopefully fix problems
*find bugs
*report problems
*drink tequila
*install updates
*drink tequila
*drink tequila
*find bugs
etc.....

If you aren't installing the latest updates...any bug reports you
generate run the risk of being stale and a drain of developers time.
It's important as a tester to keep up with the potentially daily package
updates.
