You're welcome.

I gave a quick look at the 2.6 kernel and there seems to be support for
some Conexant chipsets the config item is VIDEO_CX88.  Help says:

          This is a video4linux driver for Conexant 2388x based
          TV cards.
                                                                                                                                                  
          To compile this driver as a module, choose M here: the
          module will be called cx8800
