I know in yum.conf you can add gpgcheck=0 as an option to the repo. 
This will ignore the gpg signature. (If you're comfortable with that
sort of thing).  I'm not sure if you could do something similar with
rhn.  Personally I don't even use up2date anymore. I just let yum do
it's nightly update.
