Those 2 lines above (86+87) let be one:
"$CONFIG_HDLC_PPP" = "y" ]; then
I remember someone reported the error before, either on this list or one of the other Fedora lists (maybe test or devel) and the solution was to modify the Config.in file and put the "then" to the line directly above.
