It was 3.1.1, then 3.1.2, 3.1.3 and 3.1.4 and now it's 3.1.5, that is, the stable branch for KDE 3.1. 3.1.93, 3.1.94 and 3.1.95 are the temporary version numbers assigned to Betas and Release Candidates for what will become KDE 3.2.
