I have 2 computers running fc1 and kernel
2.6.0.
I just did a fresh install on one of them and now
*.conf files, such as grub.conf, have a footprint in them and I must change
their name in order to edit them.
Did I do something wrong in the installation? Why
is there a difference between the 2 installations?
