Insert the Fedora CD, and from the terminal use 'mount /mnt/cdrom' to mount it. Then, 'cd' to '/mnt/cdrom/Fedora/RPMS/' and do an 'rpm -Uvh gnucash*'. It will tell you of any missing dependencies, just add them to the command line and try again. If the rpms needed are spread across multiple CD-ROMS, you can copy them to the /tmp folder. FWIW, you'll at least need the following packages installed: gnome-print gdk-pixbuf-gnome guile libgnomeprint15 gal libgal23 gtkhtml libtool-libs g-wrap Guppi umb-scheme bonobo libcapplet0 Recommended reading: man rpm
