Alan, Thanks for your help. I grabed the iso from the site, burned the cd, and found 10 errors in 5 passes. Swapped the memory with a single 256 MB stick, and found no errors in 6 passes. Anaconda still crashes when it tries to run X, but the text based install ran without flaw. After installed, I stuck my NVIDIA GeForce4 MX440 and X found the card and let me configure it. Everything seems great. Now onward with the MythTV install....
