We currently have one M$ webserver license.  M$ doesn't even allow you 
to use "seat" licenses to serve the net as a webserver; their license 
for webhosting sells for thou$ands of dollars, or can be "rented" for 
$10/processor/month for their W2003 Web Server edition.

If it weren't completely offtopic I'd find and post the URL to the 
website that explains the whole mess.
