We will be cutting "Fedora Core 1" (or whatever numeric we end up attaching), and at that time, the fedora-list will start to be a discussion list for the first release, while the fedora-test-list will continue to be a beta test list for new packages which come out. Granted, this will be a fuzzy line until the case where we have to branch for a "big change." The biggest one coming down the list will be the 2.6 kernel, and at that time, the fedora-test list will be a place for discussion of those integration efforts, while the fedora-list will continue blissfully with the 2.4 kernel.
