I've noticed this yesterday, on a machine just upgraded from redhat 9 to
fedora. As soon as I boot and login as normal user, I open the "network
servers" icon (don't know if its written this way in english, btw is
"smb://") - and it complains about not having any master browser. If I
wait for, say, 2 minutes and run it again, everything's fine.

Weird, huh?
