What video capture card would you recommend?

If it hasn't been reccomended already, I'd highly reccomend the ViewCast Osprey cards. I have the Osprey-200 in my PC right now and I've been very happy with it (Linux drivers can be had on ViewCast's site)..


I haven't actually attempted to capture anything via Linux yet, but I have used the viewing program to view the stream coming into the card and it looks fine.. =)

I've been using it for WinXP and it works great there as well..
