Don't take my work for it, but
/path/to/yarrow.iso  /mnt/it/here  auto defaults,loop 0 0

Perhaps you need iso9660 instead of auto
(another hint if you want to be able to apt-get the rpms;
cd /var/cache/apt/archives/ && lndir /mnt/youriso/Fedora/RPMS 
Something similar can probably be done with yum.)
