APT, YUM Upgrade problems

Hi guys,

did anyone run into apt or yum installation problems? I mean none of
them has been installed in my system after the migration from RH9 and
now when Im trying to install apt I get a conflict error with a
previous, I guess, installation I wasnt aware of...
