How does this email thing work, who sees what ??
Everyone subscribed sees all.
How much experience do you have with Linux/Unix? That will give us a start. As to how to automate it, I must confess that that part is newer to me as well. However, just recently someone posted a FAQ--if they could repost it might prove highly useful.
