Not a single one of the other lists on the Red Hat mailman server do so.  
Filtering doesn't have to be done just on the subject line, anyhow.

Personally, I filter for these lists based on the To and CC lines.  I 
filter for "fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx" for this list, 
"redhat-list@xxxxxxxxxx", "shrike-list@xxxxxxxxxx", etc.

Works just as well.
