The flash plugin requires compat-libstdc++. I usually install the following RPMs as a matter of course on any of the newer RedHat distributions to maintain compatablity with older programs: compat-gcc-7.3-2.96.118 compat-gcc-c++-7.3-2.96.118 compat-libstdc++-7.3-2.96.118 All are on the Fedora Core disc 3 James Shanks
