I have no clue how you are making this happen, but try rpm -e up2date up2date-gnome then rpm -ivh up2date-3.1.23.2-1 up2date-gnome-3.1.23.2-1 I did this on about a dozen machines manually after the ssl cert expired without any issues, RHL 8.0 and RHL 9.0.
