No sooner had I paid than the certificate expired and those systems could no longer connect. I fixed my firewall right asway - and it's fine. A few weeks later, i tried to fix the others, but the rpm for applying the new certificate ends in '-1'.....and that fails if you do not have the same rpm - but for the '-1' already installed. So I've paid for the 6 systems - but only 1 is actually receiving the support becasue the certificate rpm can't be aplied to the others because the pre-req isn't available. That's why I've just installed Gentoo 1.4 on one of my sytems. I'm looking for a new 'secondary' distro. I tried Debian, but "woody' is too old for most of my new hardware and it's a huge pain to get everything going....no video, no network - for starters. I've obviously relied too heavily on just one (Red Hat)....and each distro has their own, wee learning curve.
