Looks like that support won't last the full year I paid for.

Do I get a partial refund? Or put it down to experience.

Call RedHat's 1-800 number and do the voice-mail system dance to get to sales support.
You may have to wait on hold for about 20-30 minutes, (I usually do).

You should be eligible for a 50% discount on migrations of your systems to
RedHat Enterprise distro's. The basic RedHat Enterprise Distro is only about $150/year list,
so with a 50% discount it is about the same cost.

If you are nice and ask pretty please, the RedHat sales guy might help you convert
your RHL subscriptions to RHEL subscriptions.

If you are migrating from 7.2 or 7.3, it is not too much work to go to Enterprise 2.1

If you are going from 8 or 9, it is not too much work to go to Enterprise 3
