I whant to copy a file from CDrom to " \lib\modules\2.4.22-1.2115.nptl/kernel/drivers/pcmcia/" I get the message Acces denided can't write to " \lib\modules\2.4.22-1.2115.nptl/kernel/drivers/pcmcia/"

No. Just don't use \ where you should be using /. \ is the path seperator for Windows. Linux uses the / character.
How do i login as root in fedora If i choose terminal and i type "login as root i cant type my Password?? Do you know why
man su. And get youself a good book on Linux. One for redhat 9 would probably be best.
